These Terms & Conditions govern your use of revenvy.com (the "site"), operated by RevEnvy LLC ("RevEnvy", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site describes RevEnvy's B2B services: Lead Generation, Content Creation, Newsletters and AI Sales Workflows, and any team training we offer. Descriptions on the site are for general information. The scope, deliverables, fees and timelines of any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Client results, testimonials and example figures shown on the site describe individual experiences or illustrate how our process works. They are not a promise of any particular number of meetings, leads or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer and follow-through.

Our services involve platforms we don't own, such as LinkedIn, email providers and sales tools. You are responsible for complying with those platforms' terms. Platforms can change their rules, limits or algorithms, or restrict accounts, at any time; we are not responsible for those decisions.

The site's content, including text, graphics, the RevEnvy name and logo, and the RevEnvy Growth Engine materials, belongs to RevEnvy or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, resell or republish our materials without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to break its security, submitting false or harmful information through our forms, scraping it at scale, or using it for anything unlawful.

Free guides, templates, prompts and our Skool community are provided as-is for educational purposes. Community participation is also subject to Skool's own terms and any community guidelines we publish.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevEnvy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the agreement for those services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which RevEnvy LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
